Who are we looking for?

We are looking for trainees with very strong academic backgrounds, as much of our work is highly complex and innovative. We consider both law and non-law graduates and expect a minimum 2:1 degree. Fluency in at least one business-relevant foreign language is a definite bonus. Unlike trainees in some firms, you will have regular contact with partners and clients, many of whom are high-profile, from day one, so self-confidence and personal credibility is essential.

It’s a steep learning curve, so you’ll need drive, enthusiasm, excellent communication skills and a sense of humour. Ours is very much a ‘people’ business, so you will need to demonstrate very strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

The Training Contract

We are still accepting applications for Spring 2010 and September 2010, as well as for 2011 and 2012.
